The house sits beneath the highest point in Leicestershire, where Charnwood Forest runs into the National Forest. On a clear morning you can see the Peak District from the top of the hill. It is also gloriously practical: minutes from Coalville, and under half an hour from Leicester, Loughborough and East Midlands Airport.
Built for people arriving together
Six bedrooms and seven beds handle a family with in-laws, a milestone birthday, or friends who would otherwise be split across three cottages. One long table, one kitchen, and enough rooms that nobody is on top of anyone else.
How we host
